Delivery Times

In-stock products

Our in-stock products are shipped as usual within 5–7 business days.

• Wood mouldings such as skirting boards, door architraves, cornices and plinth blocks
• Window brackets
• Exterior window shutters
• Fence posts
• Post caps

Made-to-order products

Made-to-order products are shipped within 12–15 business days (normally 7–10 business days).

• Decorative fretwork
• Wooden brackets
• Balustrade profiles
• Gable ornaments
• Shelves and shelf brackets

Shipping Methods

We mainly work with DHL and DSV for deliveries within Sweden, and with DHL and UPS for international shipments.

Within Sweden

• Small parcels (up to 150 cm and 20 kg): delivered to your nearest service point, parcel shop or locker.
• Orders over 20 kg: may be split into several parcels, each with its own tracking link and delivery notification – similar to placing multiple separate orders.
• Large or long products (e.g. mouldings and items longer than 150 cm): delivered by home delivery.

Within EU

• Small parcels (up to 200 cm and 31,5 kg): delivered to your nearest service point, parcel shop or locker.
• Orders over 31,5 kg: may be split into several parcels, each with its own tracking link and delivery notification – similar to placing multiple separate orders.
• Large or long products (e.g. mouldings and items longer than 200 cm): delivered by home delivery.
• Maximum length is 299 cm.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Regions

Approximate shipping times once your order has been dispatched:

• Sweden: 1–7 working days
• EU countries (e.g. Netherlands, Germany, France): 4–14 working days
• Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 7-14 working days. Please note that import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees may apply, payable by the recipient.
• Rest of the world: 7–21 working days, depending on destination. Customs duties and import charges may apply.

Pick-up at Our Factories

If you live in Sweden, you may collect your order directly from our production sites. Please always contact us in advance to arrange a time:

• Romelanda (outside Gothenburg): Decorative woodwork such as brackets, balusters, bargeboard decorations, ridge ornaments, shelves and shelf boards.
• Sala (Västmanland): Mouldings such as skirtings, door and window trims, wall mouldings, ceiling mouldings and some handrails. Please note that not all handrails are produced in Sala.

Returns & Cancellations

Information about your right of withdrawal and returns can be found in our Terms & Conditions. In short:

• Standard products: You have 14 days right of withdrawal (EU customers).
• Customised or cut-to-size items: No right of withdrawal.
• Damaged goods: If your order is damaged in transit, please document the damage and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement.
