Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Complaints

Private consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online, starting from the day the goods are received.

The right of withdrawal applies provided that the goods are unused, undamaged and returned in essentially unchanged condition. You may inspect the goods to determine their characteristics and function. If the goods are handled more than necessary and their value is reduced, we reserve the right to deduct compensation for the diminished value.

Packaging may be opened carefully if required for inspection and should, where possible, be returned together with the product.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised (custom-made or made-to-measure products)
  • Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return

Complaints – Sweden

For private consumers in Sweden, defective or faulty goods may be complained about for up to 3 years from the date the goods were received, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Complaints submitted within two months are always considered timely.

Complaints – Other Countries (EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland)

For private consumers outside Sweden, complaints are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence.

This includes, but is not limited to, consumers within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.

In the event of an approved complaint, we will offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law. Approved complaints are handled at no cost to the customer.

Business Customers

Business customers must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any defects within a reasonable time. Subsequent claims are subject to any applicable warranty.

Return Shipping

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

In cases of defective or incorrectly delivered goods, we reimburse the return shipping costs in accordance with applicable law.

Return & Complaint Number

All returns and complaints require prior approval and a valid return or complaint number. Returns without an approved number will not be accepted.

Instructions

  • Contact us by e-mail before returning any goods.
  • The return or complaint number is valid for 14 days.
  • Goods must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.
  • Include the return or complaint confirmation inside the package.
