1. Order and payment
When paying via invoice, we cooperate with PAYSON AB and Fortnox. To shop against an invoice in the web shop, you must enter your social security number or organization number. A prerequisite for being allowed to shop against invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and are over 18 years of age. You must not have any payment notes.

Purchases made in the webshop are invoiced via PAYSON AB.
Other purchases are invoiced through Gaveldekor Sverige AB and the invoicing program Fortnox.
The invoice's payment terms are 14 days. In the event of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee is payable. Late payment interest is charged at 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to debt collection.

When selecting an invoice as a payment option, delivery takes place to the address in the civil registry. If a different delivery address is desired, please refer to credit card payment or contact us.

2. Delivery
Delivery point: Packages under 20 kilos and 150 cm are sent to the nearest agent and delivery point for DHL.

Home delivery: All larger deliveries (over 20 kg or package size larger or longer than 150 cm) are made to the delivery address, on a drivable road.

The price for shipping is governed by weight and size.

When purchasing in our webshop, you will receive the price after placing your products in the shopping basket and clicking through to checkout.
When buying outside the webshop, and instead via phone or e-mail, we first offer a total price.
 
3. Delivery time
The delivery time of our goods varies depending on the season, order intake, and the choice of product. Normally, our delivery times vary between one and three weeks. In the event that the communicated delivery time cannot be kept and you do not accept the new delivery time, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
 
4. Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% Swedish VAT.
We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.

You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.

From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you, such as a unique adaptation for the roof angle of your building or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

According to the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Off Business Premises (2005:59), the consumer generally has the right of withdrawal (Section 9).
 
6. Claims and complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

We provide a 10-year warranty on goods with manufacturing defects. In case of defects covered by the warranty, the product must be repaired or replaced. In the event that a warranty case is reported and no fault can be found, we must charge you the costs that may arise. This also applies if you yourself caused the damage in connection with handling or due to incorrect assembly. Your invoice is valid as proof of warranty.

Warranty on wooden products and other living materials is not provided for defects such as cracks, twigs, resin or color changes.

7. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

8. Dispute and choice of law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and you, you as a customer can turn to the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, see arn.se. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
