Delivery times

For standard models, the delivery time is two to three weeks. Custom made products can take up to 4 weeks to manufacture and deliver. For further information please contact us.

Shipping

Delivery is by DHL, UPS from Sweden. The amount of shipping costs depends on the scope of delivery and is at least 25 €. Special conditions apply for Switzerland. Please contact us for more detailed pricing information.

Cancellations

You always have the right to cancel your order if you have ordered one of our standard models. On the other hand, it is not possible to cancel goods that have been made according to your individual wishes and measurements.

If your goods were damaged in transit, we will replace them immediately. It is therefore important to check the goods upon receipt and to document any damage.
