Plinth, Architrave and Skirting Block – 23 x 75 mm
The skirting block / plinth block (UK), also known as baseboard block (US) or architrave block when placed at door or window frames, is delivered in lengths of 60 cm or 100 cm. You cut the block yourself to match the height of your skirting board (UK) / baseboard (US).

Installation
Best installed with construction adhesive or mounting adhesive.
Quality, Material & Finish
Small knots and resin pockets may occur. For a neat and durable result, we recommend using filler, decorators’ caulk, and sandpaper.
It is also advisable to prime with a knot sealer or shellac to bind any resin in the knots. Shellac prevents resin from bleeding through the paint.
Tip: Some primers are designed specifically to reduce discolouration and bleed-through from knots. We recommend asking your paint supplier for the most suitable product.
Important to Note at Delivery
Wood is a living material and is affected by humidity and temperature. When your order arrives, leave the package unopened for at least 48 hours, as it may have been cooled or heated during transport. If opened too quickly, the block may warp.

- Delivery time: within Sweden 7–10 business days; within Europe 2–3 weeks.
- Larger items (e.g. long mouldings/moldings) are delivered to your address; smaller parcels normally go to a service point.
