Decorative Wall Mouldings with Many Possibilities

With wall mouldings and decorative mouldings you can create an exclusive, period-inspired atmosphere in styles such as Art Nouveau, national romanticism and classic turn-of-the-century design. Decorative mouldings can also be used beneath window sills as a supporting detail, in combination with matching door casings and architraves.

Create a Bigger Change with Small Means

A decorative moulding can be mounted directly on walls, mirror frames, wardrobe doors or kitchen cabinet doors. In the past, wall mouldings such as dado rails were practical features to protect walls from chairs placed along the walls. Today they are equally valued for their aesthetic contribution, adding rhythm and elegance to the room.

Combine with Baseboards and Skirtings

For the look of a tall plinth or high skirting board, you can mount a decorative moulding 10–30 cm above the baseboard or skirting. By adding a thin plywood or MDF board between the moulding and the skirting, sealing the joints and painting them together, you create the impression of a solid and continuous architectural detail.
